I found the staff very helpful and accommodating. the room decor aligned perfectly with the building's printing press origins. It gave the hotel a unique, quirky, yet luxurious feel. the room service food was excellent (i loved the local georgian options).
i felt that the breakfast menu had limited options.

The room featured a living area with a full-wall-length bookcase, sofa, chair, and tv. the large bed and luxury bath also impressed. The minibar was fully stocked and reasonably priced, which i really appreciated. there was a separate bathroom with a shower.

The hotel is centrally located in a stylish neighborhood. nearby, good restaurants and cafes are easily accessible. lolita, a beautiful italian restaurant with an american speakeasy feel, is also within 100m. It opens onto a beautiful terrace.

the room design was certainly unique, though not entirely practical.
The service was slow and seemed disorganized. It took ages to get a simple request fulfilled. my room was quite dark was great, though i did like the large windows.

i noticed slightly worn conditions in the rooms. a shower did not function. the price did not align with the room condition.
